VLP Biotech, Inc. is an early stage biotechnology company developing novel vaccine therapies for the treatment of infectious diseases and other medical disorders. The company was incorporated in 2003 by co-founders David Milich Ph.D., Jean-Noel Billaud Ph.D. and Darrell Peterson Ph.D. Together, VLP's principals rely on more than 60 years of experience in immunology, virology and protein chemistry and have published more than 200 articles in peer reviewed journals. VLP's technology is based on extensive research by Dr. Milich and Dr. Billaud at the Vaccine Research Institute of San Diego (VRISD) and Dr. Peterson from Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU).
